Sent back an item almost a month ago and still waiting for my money. Their policy says seven days to the warehouse and then a few more to process, but I've been chasing them multiple times and nothing. The return definitely got there over a week ago but the refund never came through. Now I have to dispute the charge with my bank because this company is a nightmare.
Things have somehow gotten even worse with their customer service lately. Emails go completely ignored and all you get are useless auto-responses from bots. Some requests never get answered at all and items go missing. I'm still waiting for help with things that didn't arrive and it's incredibly frustrating.
My daughter purchased a Lover cardigan and the charge went through, but the item never arrived. We contacted UK customer service and they said the US side handles it. The US side just ignores all attempts at communication. We've reported this to our bank as fraud since there's no resolution in sight.
