Got just one email back from support, and they basically said to wait another week on top of the three I'd already spent waiting. When I followed up asking where my stuff was, they quit emailing me. It felt like they sent a generic message to brush me off. Thought I'd never get my item until I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. After that, it finally shipped and arrived.
Paid $100 for two concert tees and got absolutely nothing. Ordered them for a couple of teens heading to the show in Santa Clara over the weekend. Had them shipped to a PO Box address I've used countless times before. The tracking said it arrived at the location, then suddenly it popped up in Michigan sitting there for days waiting to be delivered. Makes zero sense. Tried contacting the online store multiple times over a week and never got a single response. Basically threw my money away at this point.
