My RackBoss 2.0 steering rack for my 2018 Polaris RZR XP Turbo arrived with the boots positioned incorrectly, blocking access to the threads. I had to remove and properly reposition them myself before installation was possible. This kind of quality control lapse shouldn't happen at the manufacturing level. That said, it still seems like a better option than what competitors are offering.
Pretty frustrating experience with this company overall. I've placed a couple of orders and both got flagged and cancelled for some reason related to risk. Each time I've had to call them up to get things sorted out before they'll actually send anything. Do I really need to follow up with a phone call every single time I place an order? It's getting old.
