Everything about this company is outstanding, from their customer service to the actual products themselves. I genuinely can't think of a better brand out there. We've accumulated quite a collection including insulated flasks, cups, and bottles for both hot and cold beverages. We left tea in one of the hot flasks and forgot about it, then checked on it 14 hours later - still piping hot. Skip all the other options and go with the best.

Terrible quality and poor customer service. My son's water bottle broke after just 6 months when the cap seal popped off, soaking everything in his school bag. When I tried to use their lifetime warranty, they refused to help or replace any parts. Extremely disappointed with how they handled the situation. Avoid this company.
