What Shoppers Say About Supply
Supply's razors are rated 1.1 out of 5 by 15 shoppers, with 93 percent giving one star. Reviewers consistently report that the razors fail to shave effectively, with multiple complaints that blades cannot cut hair or stubble even after repeated passes. The handle design receives some praise for appearance and solid feel, but this does not offset the core product failure.
A secondary but serious issue involves customer service and refund processing. Shoppers report being unable to reach support staff despite multiple attempts, orders stuck in processing for weeks, and high shipping costs on blade refills. Several reviewers mention the company's advertised guarantees and warranties appear unfulfilled in practice. The combination of a non-functional product and unresponsive customer support has resulted in overwhelmingly negative feedback.

Sorted by: Most recentFirst of all, their hyped return policy only works in the US. Good marketing, but that's it. Total garbage otherwise. I've messed with all the different settings and angles and the best I can get is a mediocre shave. Save your money. This company won't last long anyway, but they'll scam plenty of people before that happens. I had a verified purchase that took forever to get to me in the UK.
Really disappointed with this purchase and I can't even send it back! I've been wet shaving for years and was hopeful about this updated take on the traditional double-edge razor, but it's just not good. Performance is way worse than my basic double-edge wet razor that cost way less. I know how to properly prep and lather, and my current setup is easily three times better than this. When you shave with it, you barely feel anything being cut, which is accurate because it's not actually cutting well. This pushes you to press harder and do more passes, which just gives you nicks and irritation. On top of that, the razor itself is heavy and slippery, so it drops out of your hand easily and will probably wreck your sink if it falls. They don't even include a stand, they want another $6 for it. To add insult to injury, Supply won't take returns from outside the US, claiming it's too complicated for them. Their international customers are basically out of luck.
The razor itself isn't any better or worse than other single blade razors that cost half as much, but their slick marketing and money back guarantee got me. When I tried returning it after three weeks, they just avoided answering me and eventually stopped responding at all. I gave up trying. The razor is heavier than expected and the all-metal construction gets slippery when wet. The whole experience was really disappointing.
Bought a pro edge razor with blades but the package never arrived. I went online to fix it and Supply confirmed they'd send a replacement. Second time around it still didn't show up, apparently couldn't find the address. Supply did eventually confirm a refund but only sent back part of what I spent, not the full amount. Either way I spent way too much time dealing with all their mistakes just to get any money back. If you want major headaches, do business with this US company.
