Never again ! Ordered item for Click & Collect. Email said order was being prepared. On arrival at store was told we haven’t accepted the order as we don’t have what you ordered and we will be cancelling your order. This is after they have taken payment. Told I would get a refund but could take 3-5 days ! They take your money but don’t actually have the item you have paid for. Cannot be trusted. Don’t give them your money ! Shocking service. NEVER AGAIN !!!

I'm normally a big fan of this brand - purchase a minimum of £500-£700 worth of stuff as gifts for myself, family and friends every year. This time, the way I was treated at the Watford store was rather appalling. Their online return policy does not align to what I was told in store by the retail assistants. I was spoken to in a dismissive and belittling manner. The attitude of the retail staff suggests a lack of awareness that customer service is central to good service. The interaction felt unpleasant for simply trying to make a legitimate return. Such a shame. A greater focus on customer experience would be appreciated. Currently, I'm awaiting customer services to get back to me with regards to my returns. Hoping for the best!! EDITED TO ADD: I had recently been in touch with the Social Media customer team and the original customer services team. After several back‑and‑forth conversations, I still did not receive a satisfactory resolution, other than instructions on how to return the item.However, I would like to acknowledge the very kind customer service advisor, Sebastian, whom I spoke to on the phone, and provided me with a return label and arranged a gesture of goodwill. His professionalism is greatly appreciated. Despite this, I remain shocked by the way I was treated in-store, and I sincerely hope that this feedback is taken seriously. I would strongly encourage that additional training be provided to the retail assistants involved to ensure that no other customer has a similar experience..

I sort of like their products but I have been on hold to speak with a customer service representative for over 33 minutes now. FVCK this company for not having enough humans on staff to assist with sales. SERIOUSLY FVCK YOU and the snake that hatched you!!!! Also, their hold 'music' (some atmospheric sounds) is terrible.

I was attended at the Swarovski store and had an excellent experience. The service was very friendly and professional, 10/10. We bought an Imber bracelet from Swarovski in Arnhem in 2021 as a gift for our daughter’s 18th birthday. A piece of jewelry with strong emotional value.It is understandable that jewelry can get damaged over time. When a small link recently broke, we visited the store to ask whether repair would be possible, even at our own expense. In the store we were treated kindly and staff even tried to repair the bracelet on the spot.Eventually we were told that sending it in for repair would be pointless, as the item is out of warranty and would most likely be returned unrepaired, even if we were willing to pay for the repair.Customer service later confirmed this and referred responsibility back to the store. This leaves the customer stuck between store and customer service, with no realistic repair option, even against payment.A similar Imber bracelet is still sold by Swarovski today, with a slightly different blue tone in the stones. That makes it especially frustrating that there is no repair option for owners of the earlier version.I find this customer-unfriendly and not in line with the reputation Swarovski presents. It is a shame, as the in-store experience itself was genuinely friendly.

It's been 2 months since my order delivered to wrong address and it's been 1 month since UPS investigation concluded. I've assisted UPS driver twice when he came to ask us questions and I did everything in mg power to collaborate with both Swarovski and UPS.It looks like Swarovski absolutely doesn't care about their customers as I couldn't receive no response, no replacement, no delivery, no refund, no nothing.Was an absolute worst experience I could have and valentine's day coming up too.My order number: 20US00004419851I did absolutely nothing wrong and the address it delivered to has absolutely nothing to do with the address I've entered.I'll keep sharing my experience everywhere, BBB, Trustpilot, Facebook, instagram, reddit. I'll keep chasing this issue forever until its resolved.

Please do not order!! On the return, they will take all the money back so you get Penny's refund. You also have to pay for a return, they say it's in the tcs but the word 'may' is used. There also not clear tcs, do not order it's a scam and they profit from people - it's technically stealing. Your not refund the full amount you paid because the 'promotion may get cancelled?' Please avoid. Disgusting and I'll be going further.

Bought this beautiful bracelet as a gift for Christmas (retail price £80). Its been worn for less than 1 month and one of the 'silver caps' on the ends to stop the bracelet falling off, fell off. The person that I bought it for was really upset because they loved it so much. I took it to the nearest store (Bristol) as the warranty repair advises (apparently you can't send it back directly) for a repair or exchange and was told it was available 'online only' so the store couldn't do anything. I had to exchange it for a different bracelet. Such a shame - I've never bought a Swarovski product before and thought it would be better quality. It looked fabulous but very disappointed that its recipient couldn't even get 1 month's use. Wouldn't buy from Swarovski again - lesson learnt.

Purchased a Mistletoe hanging decoration in Austria in September. Brought it home to Ireland safe and sound and whilst sitting in it's box until Christmas it fell apart. Three crystals just fell off, clearly they weren't glued on properly. I contacted customer service who were useless and said I'd have to return it to the store in Austria! After a debate they said I could return it to a store in Ireland. Drove to the nearest store, a 2 hour round trip for me and after a long debate they agreed to replace it. They said it would take 2-3 weeks for it to arrive and I'd have to collect it, they can't post even though you can order online, baffling! It's 3 weeks today and I just called them, it's still not shipped. For an apparently luxury brand this is absolutely unacceptable. You've completely ruined a very special Christmas gift, totally unusable on the day, embarrassing for the giver and very disappointing for the receiver. Then to top it off we're completely left in limbo waiting for a replacement. Edit 30/1/2026: I was contacted by a customer service agent Przemka who resolved my issue to my satisfaction in a timely manner. Przemka was absolutely amazing, very understanding and great to deal with. They are a credit to the company and a valuable asset. I give 5 stars to Przemka, it's unfortunate we had to deal with this issue in the first place though. Thanks so much Przemka.
