Terrible experience with their support team. Can't reach anyone by phone when you need help. I never got my crate because it showed up damaged, and their solution was just to send another one or give me half my money back. Half off for something that never made it to me in the first place? That doesn't make sense. I placed my order more than sixty days ago and still haven't even gotten the partial refund they promised. Definitely would recommend looking elsewhere for your orders.
