What Shoppers Say About Tenba
Shoppers consistently praise Tenba's product quality, with reviewers highlighting excellent camera bags that are ergonomic, well-designed, and deliver on their descriptions. Customers report that items arrive on schedule and perform well in real-world use, such as on hiking trips. However, a significant complaint involves unresponsive customer service, with at least one shopper reporting an incomplete order and inability to reach the company through multiple contact attempts despite the products themselves being adequate.
The stark contrast between product satisfaction and customer service issues suggests that while Tenba manufactures reliable gear, shoppers may face challenges if problems arise after purchase. Those seeking quality camera equipment should be aware that post-sale support appears inconsistent based on available feedback.

Sorted by: Most recentI'd strongly advise against purchasing from this company. I placed an order for two items and received only one. Despite sending multiple emails and making phone calls, I never got a response or my other item. The products might be decent, but their customer support after the sale is completely inadequate and unresponsive. Don't trust them to actually get you what you've paid for.
This camera bag is fantastic. It holds all my equipment comfortably and the design is really ergonomic. I tested it out on a three hour hiking trip and it performed wonderfully.
Good quality item, though unfortunately it runs smaller than I hoped for my purposes
Both bags showed up right on schedule and look even better in person than the descriptions promised. Excited to get them out in the field.
Been a loyal Tenba customer since the late seventies and have accumulated quite a collection over the years. All 9 bags I've owned were built to last and served their purpose well. Four of them are still part of my regular rotation today, each handling a specific role in my photography workflow. I really need to curb my camera bag purchasing habit as it's gotten out of hand, but I have to say I'm completely satisfied with every single Tenba product I've bought.
Their products have solid quality, but the experience I had with a demo item purchase was more trouble than it's worth. I bought the item and got charged, plus received an order confirmation saying a shipping confirmation would follow soon. Two days went by with nothing. Reached out to support via email but got no response. Tried messaging them on social media and they directed me to another contact. After emailing that person and copying the support team, I got told the item was no longer in stock and that a refund had been issued. While I appreciate the refund, the lack of timely responses, no apology, and the overall runaround makes me hesitant. Honestly, if I hadn't pushed so hard, I'd probably still be waiting to hear anything. Grabbed a backpack from another brand instead and I'm really pleased with it.
I wound up canceling my order when I couldn't get any word from Tenba for two weeks. Finally called them directly and learned the product was actually unavailable. The website never mentioned it was out of stock until I reached out. Really disappointing experience overall and I'm not coming back.
