They also don't provide much help with prescription requirements even when you've gotten approval ahead of time. On top of that, they bombard you with marketing emails. I got six ads in my inbox in just two days. Dealing with sleep apnea and other health stuff is already tough without waiting nearly a month for a company that was quick to take my money. I'm really hoping the equipment I ordered actually shows up, but I can say without hesitation that I won't be ordering from them again.

I received and returned the item with their approval number, gave tracking info showing when it arrived back at their warehouse, but I still haven't gotten my $83.50 refund even after months. I want my money back now, and if I don't get it within days I'm going to file complaints with the Better Business Bureau. I've also been dealing with a runaround where one company says PayPal has to refund me, PayPal says my bank has to do it, and the original company claims they approved it. Where's my money? The CPAP Shop clearly doesn't care and I've been out $83.50 for two months. Don't trust them for even a second, they will deceive you every single time.
I'm finished with this buggy website. I've shopped here twice before without any issues. This time is different though. I can't get logged in and the system won't accept my password, which has always worked fine before. I tried resetting my password multiple times. When I started filling up my cart, one particular item kept freezing up the page and wouldn't load. I gave up on that item and tried to finish checking out, but kept getting error messages. I know my payment information is good. Let me try a different computer in case it's a device issue. Nope, same problems on the second device. Items won't load and it won't recognize my freshly reset password. Fine. I guess you don't want my money. I'll take my business somewhere else.
The processing time here is painfully slow. I placed an order on October 6th and heard nothing. I contacted support on October 11th through chat. They told me my order technically came in after 3pm Eastern time so it counted as October 7th. They explained they don't process orders on weekends, but October 7th was a Friday! Somehow my order didn't actually start getting processed until October 10th. They're saying it might not even be at their warehouse until October 17th. For a $190 purchase, this could take forever depending on shipping.
