The ads all over Facebook made these jeans look super comfy and stretchy, so I decided to give them a try. Before ordering, I went through the size chart measurements pretty carefully to make sure I'd get the right fit. Shipping took about two weeks, and when my order finally showed up, I realized they were way too snug around the hips. The material felt much stiffer than what the promotional videos showed, which definitely doesn't work well if you have a curvier figure. After I managed to squeeze into them, they actually looked decent on, but getting in and out of them was such a hassle that I couldn't see myself wearing them regularly. I'm 5'3 and normally a UK 12, and I went with a medium. The problem is there's no way to send items back or swap them for a different size, so whatever you order is yours for good, even if it doesn't fit right. Since these aren't budget-friendly, it's basically a gamble with your cash. When I reached out to the company, they said returns only get approved if there's a defect. My only options were to lose the money or take a voucher instead. This is completely unacceptable for any clothing retailer, and I'm not going to shop there again.
