Went to return a dog crate that came folded up in damaged packaging. They quoted me $56 just for a cardboard box to repack it! That's absolutely outrageous for basic cardboard. I was expecting maybe $8 to $12 tops. Their pricing is completely out of touch with reality.

Paid $165 for overnight Saturday delivery of a phone. The package vanished from tracking for three days and when it finally showed up, the tracking still said it was waiting for pickup. My sister-in-law had to drive all over looking for it before finally finding it at another location days late. The store staff just handed me a number to call with no apology. I reached UPS and got a dismissive 'weather happened, too bad.' Both the store experience and the shipping service were unacceptable.

I needed a marble statue picked up, wrapped, and delivered to me. My local UPS said they couldn't do it, but this location not only accepted the job, they wrapped an 11-pound statue so carefully in bubble wrap that it arrived in two boxes weighing 18 pounds total! Joseph and the team went way beyond what I expected. Really outstanding service!

Had a terrible encounter with a clerk at this location. His behavior was hostile and rude, especially when handling payment. He was aggressive during the transaction and made the whole experience unpleasant. I contacted management but only received empty reassurances. This employee clearly has anger management issues and shouldn't be dealing with customers.
