Been a loyal customer of Thymes for years now and generally really happy with what they sell. Just placed an order recently and one item came without any scent to it. I reached out asking about a refund and they took care of it super fast, which I really appreciated. Prices are a little steep but the quality is usually solid.

A candle from this brand actually caught fire and exploded in my house. They're saying it was my fault but I've been burning candles my entire life and I'm well into my 50s so I definitely know what I'm doing. The thing literally sounded like a gunshot going off and wrecked my front room pretty bad. Their insurance company backed them up on the user error claim even though the pictures clearly show the candle exploded and the wax melted everywhere, which obviously kept getting hotter. As some kind of apology they shipped me another candle. I do like their scents and the brand overall, but the way they handled this situation was really disappointing and not cool. Be careful with their candles because something seems off with them or who supplies them.

Got some lavender honey candles from this company and they were pretty disappointing. When I blew them out, they started smoking like crazy and left a bunch of black residue all over the container. I tried to leave a review about it on their site but it never showed up, and they didn't bother responding to my messages asking what was going on. Probably better to shop elsewhere honestly.

The website for this company is a total mess. The discount codes straight up don't work and their customer service reps are absolutely awful. Trying to place an order was a nightmare from start to finish. One of their phone representatives was super rude, defensive, and just hung up on me out of nowhere. Really bad interaction with that person. On top of everything else, it looks like that same rep might be blocking customer complaints that come in through the website contact form. Honestly one of the worst shopping experiences I've had.
