If I could give a zero rating
If I could give a zero rating, I would. What a useless app! Every time I buy tickets, I am told I must use my phone to get entry, but the app won't let me sign in. It spins in circles from the sign in page back to the sign in page. I am forced to download a digital wallet which I don't want, to send my tickets there, and I can only do that after deleting the app so I can log into the webpage to send my tickets to the digital wallet! Then a message pops up saying to get my tickets via the app. The same app that won't allow me to log in and won't allow me to access the webpage if it is still installed on my phone. WHAT A USELESS PIECE OF GARBAGE THAT HAS BEEN THE SAME FOR A LONG TIME AND TICKETMASTER WON'T FIX IT.

Error messages making purchasing very difficult
I tried multiple times to purchase the tickets on my account but kept receiving Error U001 which, upon investigation, was something to do with thinking I was a bot? Very annoying, I had to get my daughter to purchase them on her account. I tried again last night to order State of Origin tickets for my husband and got the same error. Really, really difficult and quite over it to be honest. Fortunately the show was absolutely amazing, if I hadn't repeated the experience last night I might have forgotten about it for now.

Empty Boxes
Hi, saturday was very hot and our seats in block 105 were unusable so we ended up in the grandstand. I would have purchased a package for our group of 4 but minimum group sizes were 6. On the day I saw that all the boxes were 2/3 empty. If the price packaging had been less expensive then we would have spent more on tix. Next year box tix or west stand seats should be priced better and would improve the experience for thise happy to spend a bit more. Great day.

Venue atmosphere wonderful
Venue atmosphere wonderful. Parking facilities also very good. Only one way out through a very small gate so a bottleneck trying to get out.As usual bar prices expensive. A 500ml carafe of wine in a bucket with 2 plastic cups $59! Unable to just get a carafe refill, had to spend another 59 , 2 more cups and another bucket! How about just being able to refill carafe without the extras! Line up great, agreed with friends that maybe the order of appearance was wrong.Rain, sun, no one cared, just a great day of music.
