Getting into the event went smoothly and the volunteer staff did a wonderful job organizing everything. One thing that could use improvement is how the ride lines are managed. There weren't clear queues at most rides which frustrated a lot of people and everyone got pretty agitated. The show bag area was the absolute worst with zero organization. People were streaming in every direction totally ignoring any line markings and staff wasn't there to direct traffic at all. Overall we had an amazing day. We spent 9 hours there with our two young kids and the entertainment was great. The government displays were a bit underwhelming though, mostly just handing out little items. Last year the kids got to do hands on activities like practice bandaging and use water hoses, which was way more fun. More interactive activities for younger kids would really make a difference in those areas. The rides and food options were excellent though. Great job overall on the show and we'll definitely be back next year.

Worst experience trying to get customer support. Asked a question and got sent to a bot instead of getting real help. Couldn't communicate effectively and felt forced into a process I never wanted. There's zero human interaction available, and the company shows zero empathy for customers. It's all about the bottom line, nothing else.

The company clearly prioritizes profits over customer care and doesn't give a second thought to everyday people.

Matt Rife put on an outstanding show, easily the best comedy act I've ever seen. We laughed the whole night and can't wait to see him again. Truly world class performer. The venue was really not great though. Parking was a nightmare with too few available spaces. The seating area is too cramped and I found myself bumping the person in front constantly. Those descending stairs are unsafe and steep with no railings, and since I have disability needs it was hard to navigate without assistance. A much larger or better equipped venue would be necessary for crowds this big.
