Nice coat, really poor online experience. Needed to cancel order straight after (literally) and couldn’t get through to anyone by phone or chat, really frustrating that order was sent, having to return. A real waste of resources and very poor customer service. Order also took a very long time to arrive. Would buy Tommy H again as like the clothes but need to improve your service a lot.

I’m very disappointed with Tommy Hilfiger. My order was initially delayed by few days despite being listed n stock and only to be delivered an entire week later with no proper updates or explanation. Communication was poor, and I won’t be ordering from them again.

I’m extremely happy with the trainers themselves — the quality is great and they’re exactly what I wanted. However, the overall experience was very stressful due to the lack of communication and slow service.After placing my order, there was no clear update for weeks. The payment appeared late, I received multiple spam-style emails, and my repeated questions went unanswered. At one point, I genuinely believed I had been scammed because I couldn’t get any reassurance or meaningful response from customer service.The item eventually arrived after weeks of uncertainty, but the long delivery time and complete lack of communication caused unnecessary stress. A brand like Tommy Hilfiger should offer far better customer support and clearer updates throughout the ordering process.Great product — very disappointing service.

I ordered 16.01.2025 (promised 4-5 days wait) and didn't receive items until 28.01.2025 ! Offered a measly 10% off full price items as a sorry (that expires early the following month)

I recieved my order on the 12 December and returned the same day. Its been 4 weeks now and still no refund. I have tried contacting TH through the chat box but no one could be bothered to assist, I have sent emails also no response. I am now £120 out of pocket and no jacket to show for it!
