Started worrying on December 11th when I realized it hadn't arrived. The tracking info said it got to the regional hub on December 2nd. I tried calling and emailing to ask why it was stuck and when it would arrive, but couldn't get help anywhere. Spent three days on hold with their customer service line for 45 minutes at a time listening to awful music with nobody picking up. I emailed a few times and just got back standard copy-paste responses saying someone would be in contact - they weren't. Eventually I called Royal Mail, who informed me the package was lost in transit and to request a refund instead. This order had Christmas presents for family members. Only got a refund notification on December 22nd. I never wanted a refund - I wanted my original Black Friday purchase items sent so I'd have gifts to give. Instead I had nothing for my family that Christmas.

The products are nice. Speed up the shipping and improve your packaging approach. Outside protection looked good, but inside the box was inconsistent - one item had proper wrapping, the other didn't. Need to standardize the packing method. Everything else is fine.

The item arrived in 4 days but it was completely wrong. They won't admit it was their error. They want to drag out this investigation process instead. This is unacceptable service from a customer perspective.
