The actual products from Topdrawer are really solid, but I can't say the same about their support team. I've tried reaching out multiple times with questions about my return - left messages and emails - and got nothing back. When your customer service fails to respond, it completely undermines how good your merchandise is. No matter how quality your items are, poor support will hurt your business in the long run.
