What Shoppers Say About Twotrees3dofficial
Twotrees3dofficial has received consistently low ratings from shoppers, with a pattern of serious fulfillment and customer service issues. Reviewers report multiple problems including items listed as in stock that were not actually available, orders that failed to ship without notification, incomplete shipments with missing items, and products being lost in transit. Charges were applied to customer cards despite products not shipping or arriving.
Customer service responsiveness emerged as a major complaint across reviews. Shoppers reported weeks of silence when attempting to contact the company about their orders, with some waiting six weeks or longer without response to their inquiries. When communication did occur, customers described being offered inferior substitutes rather than the products they originally paid for. One shopper only received their missing item after filing a PayPal dispute, and even then incurred unexpected import fees.

Sorted by: Most recentIn my opinion, TwoTrees has been the worst experience I've had with any company. I bought a CNC machine about a month back. They never had it in stock but didn't bother telling me that at all. Week after week went by with not a word from them. They charged my card but the product never shipped. I ended up canceling the whole thing. Now here we are weeks later and my emails about a refund just get ignored. No updates, no money back, nothing. They leave you hanging with zero communication. This company clearly has no clue what customer service actually means. You really have to wonder what happens after you give them your money if something goes sideways now. The true test of a business isn't when everything's perfect, it's what they do when problems pop up. I didn't mess up anything on my end, I just figured they'd be legit. Boy did that backfire. Do yourself a favor and buy through Amazon or another retailer where you've got some protection if a company like this disappears on you. Something tells me I'm far from the only person getting treated this way.
Placed an order back in November for a 20W laser along with a honeycomb table and air assist kit. The laser and honeycomb showed up fine, but the air assist was nowhere to be found. I went back and forth with their team in December, and they tried to get me to accept a lower-spec pump instead of what I originally paid for. I pushed back on that, and then nothing. Radio silence for weeks until mid-January when I reached out again. By then I'd already bought from someone else. I told them I'd be open to a refund or store credit since I already own one of their CNC models and might grab more accessories down the road. Still waiting for any kind of response two weeks later. Filed a chargeback with my bank since that was my only option left. The actual equipment quality is solid, but honestly I'd shop elsewhere if you care about getting what you ordered without a hassle and actually hearing back from support.
I ordered three items that came in separate shipments. One package got lost in transit. When I complained that it never arrived, I didn't get a response. That's when I filed a dispute through PayPal. Only then did they bother sending the missing item again, this time via FedEx. I finally got it, but the catch was I ended up owing import fees on top of everything.
