Returning the extra one turned into a headache when my credit card company got involved and things fell apart. Type S Auto really stepped up and made sure I got my money back, even though it took some effort on their end. Definitely shopping with them again in the future.
Major disappointment with Type S. I needed their backup camera but they didn't have stock, so I found one on eBay that was brand new. It worked fine at first but died after a few months. When I called them about the warranty, they basically told me it's only covered if you buy directly from them or Costco, no other sellers allowed. Yet these cameras are still being sold new on Amazon and eBay everywhere! Their customer service approach is pretty frustrating when they won't stock items and then won't honor warranties on the same product sold elsewhere.
