Terrible customer service

I bought a jumpsuit at Maje US online store. It was delivered to the wrong address and I reached them out so it could be sent to me. They did nothing and the package returned to the sender. I called them a couple times and I was told the product would be re shipped, but it never happened. They ignored my emails and I always have to call them to get an update. The last call to the customer I was interrupted all the time, the assistant was extremely rude, and I asked for a refund. This wasn’t done by the company and I had to begin a dispute of the charge through my credit card service.

Disgraceful return policy and poor quality

I bought top and bottom (leggins type of thing for 250 quid) set as a present from Maje. The quality of the material was cheap, which made me regrett buying for and it arrived with the security tag on it. When I contacted them about the tag - I had no reply. We can't wash it. I wanted to return it, but they give inly 14 days so now I am stuck with it...

Fail to deliver all purchased products and no solution/refund provided

Recently purchased two items including a sweater and a jacket but only the sweater arrived. The company’s email claimed both products have been sent in same package but was clearly not true. I have chased for multiple times for a refund or send the item, no response from the company for a week. Disappointed and devastated given the value of the items

Maje Second Hand (Spain)I have not seen any movements with my online purchase despite having contacted their customer service and having no reply. I am beginning to think they are scammers. I don’t know what else to do but leave this bad review in hope that others don’t fall into the same trap.

Terrible customer service

The dress was badly proportioned and I wanted to return it. The order was not listed in my account even though I logged in when I ordered the dress. I emailed customer service who did not bother to reply. I emailed a second time and they sent me an automated email which did not answer my question, only confirmed that customers are charged £5 for returns. So even after charging me to make a return they cannot be bothered to send me a returns label or respond to my query on an email 🙄 Ridiculously bad customer service

Absolutely disgraceful on returns

Absolutely disgraceful and disaster with returns. I returned the items in late December and still have not received a reply on my return, today 16.01.2026 . No refund and no reply. Really terrible customer service. I will certainly not order again!

HORRIFIC Customer Service

I have shopped at Maje for years and own loads of their clothes, bags, shoes and belts but I will never, ever shop there again based on this recent experience. My husband bought me a necklace for Christmas which I opened Christmas morning. It came out of the package broken in two halves - meaning someone actually packed it like that. We wrote to them 3 times using the customer form to complain, but no one replied. In the end we simply decided to return it. We created the return online but Maje did not supply the Pro forma customs forms which are required. We have now used the customer form twice more to ask for the form, left a voicemail, spoken to two people on the online chat (unable to help) and telephoned one of the shops (no shop in our city), in which the staff member was rude, disinterested and so unhelpful. We have literally spent hours trying to return the broken necklace that Maje couldn't care less about! I am absolutely livid, and will now escalate it via the European Consumer Centre as it is not legal for them to do this.

Necklace Arrived BROKEN!!

I have just been given a Maje necklace on Christmas morning and it came out of the box in 2 halves! Broken. Someone literally packed a broken necklace and sent it off to a customer (my husband). What level of service is this?? Unbelievable.

Awful process to return a label

Awful process to return a label. They should put the print label to return inside I can I attach one is printed by email ? And Do I have to go to the post? They should collect the return at home.
