I bought Cloths worth of 180.00 Dollars and split the payment with Gift Card and My personal Credit Card. I throw the Gift card since no balance at all. Couple days ago I wanted to return some Items from the particular Purchased.When I went to the store, They told me that They can refund only to the Original Payment method. But, I told them I don't have the Original Gift Card. They told me that we can't do anything. We unable to accept the return if you dont have the Gift card which I used to Paid for the purchase.I asked them Can you provide me your main office or customer service contact Number? They told me that They dont have it. I came back to home and google and found the number. Then They asked me to go to the same store and give them a call for the help.I follow their instruction. I went to the store and called them. They help the same lady at the store to process the Refund to the Store Credit. But, Manager made mistake again and processed the Store credit against to my personal use amount and refund the payment back to Gift card. I ntoiced this mistake when I came out from the store. Then Again I called customer service and explain to them. They fixed the issue and send me the EGift to my email. I don't want to go back to that store. Because; They put down the customer and did those in mean.I wrote thise review with Negative review and keep in mind when you make purchases at Victoria Secrete. New Port Mall Victoria Secrete.

I called customer service today because I received an incorrect item in my order and I spoke to an agent named Xavier. He refunded me for the item I did not receive and gave me a case number so if the item comes back in stock I can order it and receive free shipping. A couple of hours later I saw the item was available for purchase so I placed the order and called back. I was connected to Xavier once again and he made the adjustment for free shipping of the item and gave me an additional discount. He was very kind and gave great customer service. I'm grateful for all his help.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent Victoria’s Secret order. I ordered the Vanilla & Dreamy body mist, and it arrived broken and unusable. The cap was completely damaged, causing the product to leak and spill.This is unacceptable for a brand of this size and reputation. The item was clearly not checked for quality before shipping, and the packaging did nothing to protect a fragile product like a body mist. Instead of receiving something I was excited to use, I ended up with a mess and wasted product.This has been one of my worst shopping experiences with Victoria’s Secret. I expect better quality control and packaging, especially when customers are paying price. Very disappointed and hesitant to order again unless this issue is properly addressed.

NO COMPRES AQUÍ SI VALORAS TU DINERO - DON'T BUY HERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR MONEYES: Le he comprado a mi hija un pijama para Reyes, hago caso omiso que tardó un mes en llegar a España (desde Olanda), he pagado casi 80€ el pijama más casi 10€ gastos de envío y me mandaron un par de calcetines! He puesto una denuncia porque esto es inaceptable! Conseguí recuperar parte del dinero. EN: I bought my daughter a pajama for Christmas and the parcel arrived one month later with a pair of socks! I paid nearly 80 Euros for the pajama and nearly 10€ shipping fees. I went to the Customers' Protection Office and made a formal complaint, this business can't continue to do this to customers. Managed to recover part of my money

I have been very happy with Victoria Secret overall. I have their credit card that I pay off within 30 days when I do make a purchase. But I just received a notice that they are changing the APR from 26% to 39.99%! How can that even be ethical? This is so wrong! Things happen in life so companies should not make it more difficult to have something nice. I can see people cutting up their VS cards! Bad move VS!!!

Believe all the 1*if there was a 0 it would be this their customer service is non existent you will fall into msg back forward they will deflect and blame, don’t bother to email all you get back is crickets they will take your money and you will fight to get back as of yet I have had no products or money it makes you want to stand outside a physical store with a placard stating don’t do it can you tell Im upset
