The customer service reps are unprofessional and dishonest. Most of them work from home, they're rude, they don't know their products, and they talk down to you without any respect. There's someone claiming to be a manager named Amy who gives false information and just tells customers 'I don't know' or 'that's your problem.' This is exactly why people don't shop here anymore like they used to. The brand representation is terrible.

Hands down the worst customer service I've experienced in years. The chatbot can't follow basic instructions, and the actual rep kept giving generic scripted answers that didn't help at all. The responses made no sense and it took forever to get anywhere. Even an AI would handle this better. On top of everything, the website wouldn't even let me submit my feedback about the experience afterward.

The sleepwear is beautiful and so comfy with really soft fabric. Comes in tons of gorgeous colors and I love most of what I've tried. Great quality overall.

Amazing experience at the White City location. The staff member Alesha was absolutely wonderful and made my bra fitting appointment so comfortable and helpful. She's a real asset to the team and made me feel supported the whole time.
