Bought a glass mat to go under my office chair sitting on carpeting. Happy with it so far and haven't had any issues after a month of use. My chair is an older Herman Miller with new rubber wheels. The mat does shift a little bit, but moving it back is no big deal. Looks way nicer than the plastic mat I had before and performs better too.

Some of these other reviews don't make sense! This glass mat is genuinely well made and super durable. It looks fantastic and stays put on carpet without sliding everywhere. Really satisfied with my purchase.

Accidentally dropped something heavy on it and the whole thing broke into pieces. For what they're charging, the quality is not there. Feels like a ripoff.

Really regret making this purchase. Bought the Vitrazza mat a year back because it's see through and wouldn't block my nice hardwood flooring underneath. The company gives you clear rubber bumpers to stick on the bottom so it doesn't slide. But those bumpers create about a quarter inch of space between the mat and floor, which means dust and dirt collect under there. When I asked customer service about it, they had no answer. Getting that heavy awkward mat up to clean underneath is a real pain. I was hoping it would look nice in my office space, but honestly it made things worse. Now I'm stuck with this big piece of glass and don't know what to do with it.

Wish I could rate this company even lower. I paid a significant amount for a glass chair pad and within a few months it just randomly broke. Something that expensive with a warranty shouldn't fall apart like that. I contacted the company, they asked for pictures, I sent them, and then nothing. Total silence. I threw away five hundred dollars. Don't do business with them. I ended up buying another mat from Costco for way less money and it's held up great. Costco actually stands behind their stuff when something goes wrong. Vitrazza takes your cash and ghosts you after asking for photos. Straight up scam. Look elsewhere.

Got this chair mat about 2 years back because they advertised a lifetime warranty. Ended up with lots of scratches on it. Submitted a warranty claim with photos not once but twice, and after a month I still hadn't heard anything back from them. I can't recommend buying from this company.
