Receiving this product that I had seen on a YOUTUBE channel I follow. LJ &Oree… When I seen how it works and what all it does I knew I had to have one. I am also happy it came with a bag! This is a great product! And shipping was quick!

Purchased product from Vtoman eBay…
Purchased product from Vtoman eBay store with 2 year warranty- product failed after 18 months yet Vtoman refused to repair under warranty. They wanted another $150 from me to send out another unit, which I refused to pay. There is a long forum on Facebook where other buyers have paid this extra $150 and either not received any replacement product or received another defective unit. When I refused to pay extra, Vtoman stopped responding to my messages. This is a crooked company, selling defective product without any warranty backup. BUYER BEWARE!In response to Vtoman reply.....I have seen your company use this excuse across multiple platforms..ie we do not control Ebay sales...we are not responsible for Amazon sales etc etc. If I buy an Apple product, it does not matter where I buy it...I can walk into an Apple store anywhere and they will back their product. This a deliberate strategy by Vtoman to delay and avoid warranty responsibility. You answer here on TrustPilot but nothing ever changes re the poor quality of your product nor re your failure to shirk your warranty obligations.

4th Battery

Fraud seller
I contacted the seller on 17 December 2025 with specific product I was interested in. Gloria, the seller representative, in official email informed me on 18 December 2025, that product is on stock in Germany. On 29 December Gloria informed me that after I pay the order, the seller will send product the next business day. So I paid order on 29 December 2025 - 849 euro. I was supposed to get tracking information immediately but I did not get it. I contacted seller again on 31 December 2025, 2 January 2026 and got reply only on 4 January 2026 that product is not available to send. The seller will try to send it only around (!) after 15 January 2026 and this is not sure not correct and is not a deal. So as I am leaving from Poland to Ukraine on 20 January 2026, I am 100000% sure that seller will not send product and will steal money and still not send product. So I am claiming for full refund and I would recommend PayPal to pay extra attention on this fraud seller on your PayPal system. Right now on their official site, the seller claims it has 32 products that I paid for - but not for 849 euro but for 1049 euro - what looks like real greedy way of doing business deals from this fraud seller.Order #DEVT3151
