Waterdrop ED01 Countertop Electric Water Dispenser
My initial purchase was between Christmas and new year so I expected some delay. I reached out after it still hadn’t arrived in the advertised on their website. The customer service agent Beria followed up and explained there was an issue with the deliver and had arranged for another unit to be sent out. The new unit was delivered a week later. Since then, I have had multiple emails from Beria to ensure everything is ok with my order and I am satisfied with my purchase. Couldn’t be any happier with the electric water filter unit and the customer service from Beria.

Service back up excellent
We have an A2 filter ,which developed issues after about 4 month. The service department advised procedures to solve the problems but they reoccurred . then they supplied a replacement A2. Special thanks to Kimberly [customer service rep]
