I was inspired by the idea of buying homewear made from organic cotton, so I purchased a black velour set (trousers and a hoodie) as well as another pair of beige velour trousers. However, the extremely poor quality of the fabric has caused serious inconvenience and even posed a risk in my home.After the very first wash of the black set, the entire washing machine was covered in lint, and when shaken, the garment itself continued to shed a large amount of fibres. But the most concerning issue has been the impact on our elderly cat — her water and food bowls have constantly been filled with lint from the outfit. I was changing the water every two hours, yet black fibres were still floating in it, preventing her from drinking properly.Wearing this set at home resulted in lint being everywhere — in the air and on all surfaces. It was a dreadful week. I decided to give it another chance and washed it again with three additional rinse cycles. However, this did not solve the problem. I cannot even wipe surfaces, as they immediately become covered in lint again. And, of course, our cat continues to suffer.It is alarming that such expensive items can pose a risk to health.

They shipped me my things and their shipper damaged my product in shipping. A week went by with no one notifying me or following up. I have a trip in a week and asked that they could just reship the items to arrive in the next 10 days, and they would not. I will get a refund but the fact they were unwilling to fix the situation in a timely matter is unacceptable. Spending $130 on a sweatsuit should come with decent shipping.

Misleading company and dirty broken demanged items.Adv online 15% off, website did not work and was not applied and they did not refound yet stating they cant refound.Accc laws nsw au have milions taken back for misleading adv from compamy back to consumers so Pact is most def. Getting a legal process and investigations and lose Milions and give Back all money to Me and other custumers. My time is 30 min $1500 and also above any pricing.Waited for longer the promised, delivery partial and Faulty items. Broken package, not selaed old bags for clothes stinky clothes and bags and looked felt worn second hand no tags on clothes, i have evidences pics for all and rude custumer service majour fault not make sure delivery was correct when was already stated already in the order the instructions, not followed, they stated was already shipped and was not true was weekend and arriced 2 weeks after so all time was there. no trustworthy. Fake compnay, fluke, bunkrupt most likley or soon to be as fraud.

Disappointed in how easily stained, torn, and snagged these lovely, soft, not particularly inexpensive garments are. I bought three T's and three nightgowns, and within a few months of normal wear, there was the kind of damage that meant I could only wear these items at home alone. I don't put excessive wear and tear on my clothing -- I don't know what happened. Money down the drain.

Pact, get your s**t together. EVERY order I have made has gotten canceled for no apparent reason. I don't know how this is hard. Customer makes order, customer pays for order, you send order to address customer gives you. That's how it works, but Pact seems completely confused by this basic process. Customer has to CHASE and FIGHT to get a simple order delivered. Not worth it .

Ahmed was super helpful assisting me via chat. Their virtual assistant offered no customer service. I recommend asking for a human to get actual help instead. Been ordering their panties, shirts, sweats, and dresses. Loved every piece from them! Looking forward to completing an order for 4 more dresses now thanks to Ahmed!

I live in UAE. Bought 2 pair of leggings size S, one full length, one 7/8th. I followed their size guidelines, I have 68kg and I am 172cm tall, in no sense whatsoever I can be considered XS girl. Leggings are too big, and full length ones are too long. One pair of leggings costs 31.5 dollars, customer service is asking for 20 dollars per pair of leggings to initiate return, taxes and duties will not be refunded. So in order to return items I need to lose close to the same amount I paid for items. Where is the customer service in all of this? How does makes sense? Obvious to say that I will never purchase again from this website, neither I recommend.

I bought a pair of leggings that were so uncomfortable and scratchy. I tried to return it and contacted customer support. Their response was we will give you "Pact cash" of a small amount towards your next purchase. I found that to be really illogical and not reasonable. So I then spoke with their customer service rep Reese. She was also not only rude but very unhelpful. I asked her if the first pair of leggings were uncomfortable why would I buy another pair and spend more money to buy another product? How is that a "courtesy". She said "well that's our policy" and said is that all? I was like yeah your customer service policies are not very good. DO NOT BUY from this company. They are NOT GOOD or care about their customers.
