Really satisfied with Pact overall. The pieces are quality, super comfortable, and feel great wash after wash. I'm a big fan of their commitment to organic materials and ethical manufacturing practices. Sizing does shift a bit depending on the piece, but I'm definitely happy and will order more.

Got a pair of leggings that were really scratchy and uncomfortable. When I tried to return them, support offered me store credit for a future purchase, which felt ridiculous. Why would I buy more stuff if the first pair didn't work? I escalated it and spoke to their rep who was frankly rude and didn't actually try to help. When I pointed out the logic issue, they just said that's the policy and moved on. This company doesn't seem to actually care about their customers. I'd look elsewhere.

My shipment disappeared not once but twice. First package was completely lost, so they sent a replacement and it also vanished. I never got the items, but they still charged me for shipping when they refunded me. Fighting with them and their unreliable third-party carrier was incredibly frustrating. Yeah, Pact doesn't do the shipping themselves, but they could've stepped up and been more helpful. Can't believe they stick with such a bad carrier and make you pay shipping on packages that never arrive. I'm not ordering from them again.

Ordered cotton underwear and the first package just disappeared. So they sent another one and that also never arrived. Even after refunding me, they wouldn't waive the shipping charges for packages I never received. It was an awful back and forth with their third-party carrier who was basically useless. While I understand Pact isn't the one physically delivering stuff, they could have handled the situation way better. Using such an unreliable shipping provider and still charging customers for lost packages is not okay. Won't be ordering again.

I know Pact doesn't handle delivery directly, but they could've done so much more to make things right instead of leaving me to deal with it. I'm done with them.

I've been buying from Pact for a couple years and the quality and feel of the clothing keeps me coming back, especially their dress selection. They have really nice prints and everything fits beautifully and comfortably. Then I got sent a skirt in the wrong shade recently, blue instead of black. Support got back to me right away, apologized for the mistake, refunded the cost of the skirt and let me keep it anyway. Vera was absolutely wonderful to work with. Had a really positive experience overall.

I've been a Pact customer for a while now and their clothing quality is consistently great, especially their dresses. The selection has fun patterns and everything fits really well. Recently I got a skirt in the wrong color (got blue when I ordered black). Their support team responded super fast, apologized for the mix up, and refunded me while letting me keep the skirt. Vera was wonderful the whole way. Really impressed with how they handled it.

My first order arrived and the clothes are soft, organic cotton and fit right. When I needed to return something, Ashley helped me out with great customer service. They're using the Happy Returns system now which made the whole process really simple.

I've always liked Pact for what they stand for, but their customer service team really knocked it out of the park. I had a couple of issues with some items that were marked final sale, but Vera was so responsive and caring about finding a solution. I honestly didn't expect them to do anything, but they gave me store credit anyway. It's rare to find a company that stands behind their products and actually listens to their customers. Props to Pact!

Hands down the best customer service experience I've had with a clothing retailer. They actually sound like real people. We wear Pact stuff all the time in our household now and when a beloved sweatshirt didn't work out, they fixed it immediately.
