Skip Wedgwood Entirely I'd honestly suggest looking anywhere else instead of Wedgwood. We ordered over $1600 in bone china dinnerware and it showed up in flimsy cardboard boxes with basically zero padding. When pieces arrived broken, they told us to contact a replacement site since they'd already stopped making that particular design. Things got worse because our dinner plates started spontaneously splitting months later, which they said was due to manufacturing defects. Bottom line: disappointing quality, terrible packaging, and zero help from their customer service team.
