How is it acceptable to have something up for sale online when you don't actually stock it? I spent an hour driving out to collect my order after they emailed saying it was ready, only to find out it's been out of stock since the start of 2024. Your system clearly doesn't work. Picked up my bags of bark chips from the store, staff was efficient and they brought the click and collect order right to my car. Then got home and found 2 out of 7 bags were old stock covered in mold and mushroom growth mixed in with the material. Ruined the look of my flower beds so I had to dig them out and throw them away. The other five bags were fine, so we just ditched the moldy ones since it wasn't worth a 24 mile round trip to return them. The Range really needs to check their stock more carefully. I'd suggest opening bags before you leave to verify what you're taking home.
