How is it acceptable to have something up for sale online when you don't actually stock it? I spent an hour driving out to collect my order after they emailed saying it was ready, only to find out it's been out of stock since the start of 2024. Your system clearly doesn't work. A two week wait for my money back is incredibly annoying.
Listed something online that wasn't actually in stock. I drove for an hour to pick it up after getting a ready notification, but they haven't carried it since early 2024. If your inventory system doesn't work right, you're in trouble. Now waiting almost two weeks for a refund.
Picked up my bags of bark chips from the store, staff was efficient and they brought the click and collect order right to my car. Then got home and found 2 out of 7 bags were old stock covered in mold and mushroom growth mixed in with the material. Ruined the look of my flower beds so I had to dig them out and throw them away. The other five bags were fine, so we just ditched the moldy ones since it wasn't worth a 24 mile round trip to return them. The Range really needs to check their stock more carefully. I'd suggest opening bags before you leave to verify what you're taking home.
Tried canceling right after I ordered online since I realized it wouldn't arrive on time. Got told it would be cancelled with a refund coming. Nothing else happened, then the package showed up days later. Frustrated about having to cover return shipping when I supposedly cancelled it. No stores close by either. Won't be back.
The staff member John was excellent and got me directly to where the gas canisters were. I didn't have to hang around waiting.
