Unreliable deliveries via EVRI

I have just ordered 2 items from Woolovers to be delivered by Evri who were disastrous with my last order unable to deliver until 4th attempt and being given fully detailed instructions plus also at that time stating that 1 item was sold out after accepting it was on its way.I do sincerely trust my delivery will go smoothly this time

Huge disappointment

Unhappy this time … after a huge disappointment - not for the first time either! The pullover I ordered and paid for was unaccountably not available after all.A first world problem, but could you not amend your offers to match actual stock availability, please?

My unreceived order - still 2 weeks late

My order, placed and acknowledged on 12.03.26, and apparently out for delivery 13.03.26, still hasn't arrived :-(I expected much better from a company that apparently sells the best but obviously that's very dubious...

Evri let you down

I love Woolovers products but Evri lets you down. Item's are NEVER delivered in a timely fashion, if at all. In fact on 3 occasions in past year Evri have lost my parcels. They have had my current order at the delivery depot for a week now…… I wonder if it will come….. ?Update 28/3/26- item just delivered But please consider changing courier.

NEXT DAY DELIVERY - DON'T BOTHER!

Just as all the other reviews have said, there is nothing wrong with Woolover products but they unfortunately use Evri for delivery, presumably because they are the cheapest. However, I think most customers would prefer to pay more for a product and get it delivered by a reliable courier, ON TIME and in the RIGHT PLACE!This time Woolovers and Evri have really let me down! I paid for next day delivery on Tuesday 24th March (£9.95). Today is Thursday 26th March and the item ordered, a black cardigan, is needed for a funeral I am attending this afternoon! Evri are apparently delivering it this evening, although, their delivery times are always movable feasts so I doubt it'll arrive then anyway and, if it does, it's TOO LATE!!To add insult to injury, when ringing Woolovers this morning to inform them of this, they agreed to refund only part of the delivery charge as the item is apparently still being delivered albeit on completely the wrong day. I once thought the customer is always right but Woolovers customer service staff obviously know better. I appreciate that they only pass on company policy but maybe they could do it with a little more grace!One very dissatisfied customer!

Company and products good, delivery disastrous.

I like the company and the products. However Woolovers continues to use EVRI for deliveries and therefore risks its own good reputation. EVRI is totally disreputable, does not take any notice of 'safe place' or any other delivery instructions, in my case leaves parcels in a field half a mile from my house, and when challenged does not tell the truth. It makes no sense that you continue to place your trust in EVRI. Written & statistical evidence show it is the worst delivery service in the UK, and has been for a number of years stretching back to before the name change from Hermes to EVRI. You do not offer the option of Royal Mail delivery to customers ordering online - I have to contact a call centre based in South Africa to make this change.It's time you reconsidered delivery options and how to communicate these to your customers.

If I could put no stars I would

If I could put no stars I would, waited 6 days for a confirmed order, only to be told no stock. Least I would have expected would have been an email to apologise but customer service acted as if it was my fault. Will never order from them again.

Jason - The Voice of Customer Services!

Jason, did you even read my review? I have already called multiple times and your phone line is 'unobtainable' and when I did manage to get through I was met with the same level of stupidity as yours!As clearly stated, this was a GIFT. I do not have an order number! I have also sent 8 emails with pictures of which have been ignored.Why don't you look in your emails, I've sent plenty of them starting from January 12th 2026
