I've sent EIGHT emails trying to get help and made tons of calls with nothing but silence in return and one unhelpful person on the phone. Got a Women's Classic Crew in Lemon Yellow as a Christmas gift and it's a complete manufacturing failure. There's a visible thread pull and the size labels don't match (M on the tag but S stitched in). They need to stop ignoring customers. I want a prepaid return label and a proper replacement size right now. This company is a mess. When I do reach someone it's the same incompetence I keep running into. This was a GIFT so I don't have an order number. I've sent 8 emails with photos that have been completely ignored. Look in your inbox, I've sent plenty since mid-January. Stop making excuses about dead phone lines and useless staff. Get it together.

Waited two months and still no package. Emailed customer service and they said I'd hear back within 48 hours, but I didn't. Called them up and no refund was offered, just a promise to send it the next day. Wrong size showed up anyway. Really disappointed with how they handled this. Meanwhile they're shipping me catalogs like I'm not in the middle of dealing with this nightmare.

The clothing itself is good quality and Woolovers seems to care about their customers. However, their delivery situation is a real problem for me living out in a rural area. They keep using EVRI, which used to be Hermes, and it's widely known as the worst delivery service around. That company has faced criminal charges and has thousands of unhappy customers with no compensation. I've complained to Woolovers several times but they just apologize and do nothing. It's damaging their reputation. I just placed another order and I'm already dreading the delivery mess.
