Lost package and Woot won't respond to return $9 back

Order was marked “Package Lost” by the carrier. I contacted Woot support twice with no response and had to dispute the charge with my bank to get a refund. Very frustrating experience for a simple $9 order. I expected better communication from Woot. I've waited almost a month for this item with no updates from woot.

I have been buying stuff from them for so many years it's not funny never had any issues I had two broken TVs they took care of them almost instantly no issues with customer service at all I love the place and I'm happy it exists.

Extremely disappointed in Woot

Extremely disappointed in Woot. I have used them for years, and in the past have had no issues returning damaged goods. I purchased a device with a long warranty. It broke, and I contacted the manufacturer. They said (and I quote), "Woot is not authorized to sell New Devices". Contacted woot as their product page explicitly calls out this LONG warranty, and they are saying it's a manufacturer problem. What the heck is going on with woot customer service? It's abysmal now - at least in this case.

I will not purchase from Woot ever…

will not be purchasing from Woot again.I placed an order for a monitor on November 25. After weeks without any shipping update, I contacted customer service to ask how much longer it would take. The item was finally shipped on December 16. However, for no clear or valid reason, my order was canceled on December 18—the day before the monitor was scheduled to be delivered.This experience has been extremely disappointing. The delay, lack of communication, and last-minute cancellation demonstrate very poor customer service. Despite Woot operating under the Amazon brand, there appears to be no effective way to escalate or file a meaningful complaint through Amazon directly, other than contacting Amazon Pay.Using Amazon’s name gives the impression of reliability and accountability, yet this experience reflects poorly on that brand. Canceling an order after it has already shipped is unacceptable, and the overall handling of this purchase has made me lose confidence in Woot as a company.

Purchased a sound bar from them. Great packaging and quality at 75% OFF. No issues with transaction or packing.4 stars instead of 5 as their parent company (amazon) has much better contact options.

It may be associated with amazon but…

It may be associated with amazon but that is all. Tracking number doesn’t work, no phone assistance and sending an email to no one is not helpful. It feels like i dropped my money down the toilet. I’ve been waiting half a month for my order. The receive date is past due 2 days, the tracking number is apparently fake. I doubt these Christmas gifts will arrive. Thanks woot for a negative experience.

I’ve been a loyal Woot customer since 2008, buying everything from T‑shirts to electronics without issue. Unfortunately, my experience changed when I purchased digital goods. In 2023 and 2024, I spent about $200 on Xbox Game Pass codes. I redeemed some right away and saved others, as I usually do. When I tried to use the saved codes later, more than 60% had already been cracked, re‑sold, or used.This is unacceptable. Digital codes should never “expire” or be re‑sold once purchased. Woot’s 30‑day return policy makes no sense for digital goods, since problems often surface months later when you actually try to redeem them.After years of trust, this experience has made me very cautious about buying digital products from Woot. I’ll continue to be careful moving forward.

I've made 72 orders with them since 2009 and never had a problem. I know that bad things can happen with any vendor, but look at them as well-run as anything out there.

Phishing Scam

Scam Company. Very sketchy and promises very cheap prices but you need to provide Amazon login. It's a phishing SCAM! DO NOT LOG IN! You can kiss your Amazon account goodbye since they will steal everything they can and lock you out.
