Bought a portable air conditioning unit from these people years ago and it was a disaster. Worked okay for about a week, then started acting up and eventually quit completely. I tried messaging them about getting a replacement or my money back, and their first response made it seem like they'd help. Then they ghosted me completely. This company is totally dishonest and you should steer clear.

Got 4 items: 2 cologne bottles and 2 Adidas clothing pieces. All of it was garbage quality and came with Adidas tags. Both colognes had to go back. I'm still waiting on my refund even though I verified they got the packages. No phone support and no email replies after a week. Don't shop here. Find better prices elsewhere and avoid the frustration. Amazon should be ashamed of this whole situation.

AVOID THIS SITE COMPLETELY. I assumed this was an official Amazon partner so I bought a 3 month gaming pass subscription. The codes took weeks to arrive with tracking information, but here's the problem: all the codes were from outside the US even though they were advertised as US region codes.

It's frustrating that their customer service team is unavailable by phone and takes forever to respond by email. Amazon needs to do a better job selecting who they partner with for customer satisfaction. It doesn't make sense that we can use our Amazon login to purchase but can't get Amazon support when there's a problem.

I'd strongly recommend being careful about what you buy here, especially electrical products. I ordered 2 tablets over the course of a couple months and both arrived broken. I had to pay for repairs myself since the warranty is basically worthless. On top of that, I got 2 bottles of hair oil recently and neither one was sealed properly, so I lost half the product from one bottle. The customer service department is impossible to reach by phone and their email responses take forever. Amazon really needs to vet their third party sellers better. Since we can pay with our Amazon accounts, shouldn't you be able to help us directly?

Bought an iPad charging set and stand. Only about a year in and it started overheating while connected and then caught fire. I wouldn't recommend this product to anyone.
