Poor Quality, Zero Customer Serivce
Order #0434435571I've tried to contact the Worldsoccershop by phone-they don't pick up! I was on hold for over an hour, finally I hung up and sent an e-mail. Back story ordered a Bukayo Saka Arsenal 25/26 Third Jersey by adidas Item RV7025726003 in a Large. The website states the jersey is not eligible for returns as it is a "kit." Fine but if it's defective I want my $$ back! It fits more like a small/medium, second issue the hem seam is unravelling. I expect a little better quality for $139.99! I would have been better off buying a knock off in the parking lot at a game for $30, so disappointed.

This is *the* shop!
Alex, the social media manager, reached out to me and chose to gift me a brand new Arsenal kit for Christmas (!) but I also can't begin to count how many kits I've bought from them since I started watching soccer 15 years ago. We spoke on a Thursday and by Monday afternoon it was on my doorstep. Fantastic customer service? Check. Incredibly fast delivery? Check. Will I keep buying kits from them? Absolutely. If you aren't buying directly from the club then this is the best company to get your kits from!

⚠️ WORST ONLINE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE — STAY FAR AWAY ⚠️I ordered the Ronaldo Black Portugal Limited Edition jersey, and when I placed the order, the website clearly showed it in stock with “plenty to choose from.” They even gave me an estimated delivery date of November 18. I waited patiently… and guess what? Nothing arrived. No email. No update. No warning. Absolutely nothing.I had to reach out to THEM to find out what was going on. Only then did they bother to tell me that the item was suddenly “not available” and they issued a refund. Seriously? If I hadn’t contacted them, who knows how long they would’ve let my money sit there without any communication.A supervisor eventually called me and offered me 20% off my next purchase — but here’s the joke:That discount doesn’t apply to jerseys, which is the ONLY reason anyone even shops here. It only works on cheap, pointless items nobody wants. Completely useless.This company clearly has terrible customer service, zero empathy, and absolutely no real solutions. They don’t communicate, they don’t update orders, and they don’t care.Do yourself a favor and stick to major, trustworthy sites like Adidas, Puma, Nike, or Fanatics.This website is a complete joke, and I’ll never waste my time or money here again.

WSS for the win! I want to buy every jersey.
Brilliant website browsing and ordering experience. All charges were straightforward, and I am confident I will be getting exactly what I ordered. It's nice to know that I am getting something amazing from people who love the game as much as I do. My new jersey will stand out beautifully in the supporters' section or hung up in my office cube, whichever one I pick. Can't wait to show it off, and I know exactly where I will be sending people when they ask where I got it.

Wish I could rate even lower
Wish I could rate even lower. I used to buy kits from them all the time and I was forgiving the increasingly worse customer service because oh well I would still get what I ordered. But this is egregiousI purchased a 24/25 Tottenham Son Authentic kit from them. Because of his transfer to MLS his kits have since sold out everywhere. Got the kit today and it was not even close to the correct item -- I got a Replica kit without any name on it and now the exact kit I wanted is more than double the price on resale websites because it's a collectible. The first representative I spoke to was incredible and immediately offered to put me in touch with a supervisor. I was told it would be 20 minutes for me to get a call back which no problem, but over 1 hour later no call.I called back to figure out what's going on and the representative I spoke to was hostile and began demanding photo evidence. No issue from my end I'll happily provide that but with her attitude and the fact that I should already have been dealing with a supervisor I stated I will provide them to the supervisor. The representative remained hostile and demanded the photos at which point I, admittedly, yelled back stating I will not send the photos and will only deal with a supervisor. She eventually relented and said she'll contact the supervisor to let them know to call me but said they're going to need the photos anyways.About 1 hour 45 minutes after my initial call I finally get a call from the supervisor. First off, never even asked to give the photos. The supervisor was apologetic and of course offered for me to send the item back for a full refund which cool. But nothing offered beyond that. No discount code for a future purchase or anything. I'm not looking for handouts, but to get the same kit I will have to pay literally more than double the price and have to risk getting a fake. Even after I asked for any sort of discount code I was met with reluctance and was offered a code for free shipping on my next purchase which is useless because I'll never purchase from them again.Highly recommend anyone and everyone purchase from literally anywhere else. There are so many reputable websites and companies in the world that sell kits. Save yourself the time and headache and go to themOh and as of writing this I still haven't even received the return label so I'm likely going to have to call and deal with them again. Order #0433439260Update: Initially posted my review on 8/7. Updating on 8/25. After having to contact them several times more I finally have my refund except I still lost the money for shipping from the initial order. I'm over the whole situation and will take the loss as a lesson to never shop with them again. Highly advise you all do the same

Absolutely the worst customer service…
Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced for an online shopping retail store. My Visa card was originally charged for a Manchester city de Bruyne jersey. Within the time of my jersey waiting to be shipped and my card being charged, my visa was compromised forcing me to get a new card. My new visa card came online with apple pay and then I started getting phone calls from my bank saying the new apple pay card had been attempted to be charged by world soccer shop . I had 5 more attempts on my new card that day causing my card to be locked. I called worldsoccer shop and asked why they had attempted my card so many times when payment had already gone through. I was then told my previous card hadn’t gone through. I then gave them my mastercard # which was charged over the phone with confirmation of the purchase going through from the lady on the phone, and if anything was wrong I’d be contacted by the credit team directly. I wake up the next day and have several more attempts on my visa that was locked the previous day by world soccer shop. I call them again, saying what is going on. I gave updated payment, got confirmation over the phone, now more attempts on my card that had been locked? Well my card is locked again, and I made sure to tell WSS that every time my card is attempted to be charged, it’s locked as it's a new card I’m still waiting for… I was told there was a big mis-understanding and they had payment. Few days goes by and I get an email from WSS saying my order is going to be cancelled immediately if I don’t contact them. I call WSS again very upset and mad. I get told that payment hasn’t gone through again. I said whatever at this point, I will never shop there again! Order # 432715995The fact no one knew what was happening but I get told everything is fine repeatedly , no one let me talk to a manager on the phone or took it seriously that I was having issues with my bank. Terrible service.
