The company's customer service is terrible, they don't care about customers, and there's no actual help available. Do yourself a favor and shop at Nike, Adidas, Puma, or Fanatics instead.

That deadline got missed and when I reached out to support, they kept saying it would go out within two business days. Pretty let down with this experience. Worst customer service I've dealt with. Ordered a Mystery cleat box for over $200 and got a Puma King Platinum 21, which is an older model from three years ago that originally sold for $199.99 and is now worth around $100. When I called customer service, I pointed out that a $199.99 cleat should've been in the $150-200 box, not the $200 plus box. The manager refused to acknowledge the mistake, insisting that $199.99 basically equals $200 so I shouldn't feel ripped off. We went back and forth about this being false advertising, but he just kept saying what he believed and rejected everything I said. He basically told me he'd give me a one cent refund. The first support person offered a $15 gift card but the manager said he wouldn't give me anything. I just wanted a better gift card amount to cover what I overpaid so I could purchase something later as a returning customer. This manager was completely unprofessional, arrogant, and had zero empathy. He honestly needs some training on how to treat customers with respect.

I ordered women's size 5.5 Nike Zoom Mercurial Superfly 9 Pro FG cleats for my daughter and got sent a size 4 instead. I have photos of the tag showing the wrong size and pictures comparing them to her actual 5.5 cleats. When I asked for a return, they refused because of their no returns policy for international orders. They messed up the shipment and won't fix it. I won't be ordering from them anymore and I'm telling everyone I know to shop elsewhere until they make this right and refund my money. This is completely unacceptable.
