Sorted by: Most recentGot the 13,000 lb winch and it does the job, though it's a standard Chinese-made unit. The wireless remote was DOA right out of the box, so I spent a week trying to reach someone at XBull to sort it out. Kept calling but nobody picked up, and my emails to their sales team went nowhere. Really frustrating at first. Eventually got a response from their customer service team after about seven days - turned out they'd been closed for the holidays. They stepped up though and shipped out a replacement remote and receiver, which work perfectly. Customer service definitely needs to pick up the pace on replies, but at least they made it right on their end.
