Had a great experience overall with a huge range of both images and video content. Picked up an awesome deal through AppSumo Plus and was happy enough with it to recommend it to people at work. I suspect some of these negative reviews come from folks who tried to abuse the free trial, then got upset they forgot to cancel before being charged (which is kind of how free trials work, right?).
