Can't replace our missing gear or our dogs' tags because of it. Called but it was useless even though they claim they answer everything. Sent an email and got a dismissive response from someone on their team who locked me out of my account completely, even though I've got an active subscription. Skip this company until they fix their login mess and train their staff on actual customer service.
