Sent me the wrong thermostat for my 2007 5.3 Silverado. Didn't fit at all. They said the return shipping would cost more than the five dollar part was worth, even though I paid thirteen total with shipping, so they refused to refund me.
Don't use this company. I ordered a specific Standard Motor Products turn signal switch for $76.79, but what showed up was a Rostra switch in an SMP box that sells for $51.79. When I reached out, they said manufacturers sometimes source from other suppliers and they don't control that, so they wouldn't give me the $24 difference. Here's the problem: I ordered one specific part with a particular part number from Rock Auto, not the manufacturer. Customer service didn't actually solve the real issue, just kept saying it came from the manufacturer and they couldn't help. Now I'm filing a chargeback. This company has terrible support, terrible practices, and no real values. They're basically just sitting in the middle of the supply chain without managing anyone. There's no point in using them if this is how they operate.
