Saks Return Policy
Saks Fifth Avenue accepts returns via mail or in store. Returns are eligible for a refund if they are made within 30 days of delivery.
Returned items must be presented in the same condition as when they were received: unworn, undamaged, unaltered, and with the original tags, packaging (if applicable) and proof of purchase. Returns that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer with an explanation. Shipping fees from the original order cannot be refunded.
Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. Gourmet, monogrammed or personalized items also fall under this exclusion.
Dresses: Some dresses come with an attached garment tag indicating that it must be kept on in order to return the item. Once the tag is removed, the item cannot be returned.
Intimates & Swimwear: For health and safety reasons, intimates and swimwear must be returned with the hygiene seals attached, if applicable.
Gifts With Purchase: If an order includes a free gift, that gift must also be included when returning the associated item.
A $9.95 return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund for each mailed return. Returns presented in store will not be charged this fee.
