Sam's Club is my go-to because it's the cheapest option in the area. Their prices on food and snacks are unbeatable. The pepperoni pizza from the cafe is amazing. I've noticed they might be expanding to a few new locations in the region, which would be fantastic.

Management said they'd improve the food court, but the quality is still subpar with cold and overcooked items. The Vero Beach location just doesn't seem to care. I contacted the general manager weeks ago and got no response. I've documented the issues with photos, including violations that shouldn't happen. Tomorrow I'm calling the health department and federal food agencies because what I've seen is unacceptable.

I ordered a delivery and paid for shipping, but the package never showed up. When I called support, they had me waiting for nearly half an hour before the call dropped. I tried using the in-app chat and kept getting disconnected every time they supposedly connected me with someone. Called back and was told the store was closed and they couldn't do anything. I'm ending my membership immediately.

This has to be the worst credit card option around, which really says something about how little they value their customers. I spend over two grand annually and get a hundred dollar limit? That's ridiculous.

Stay away from this location if you can. My mom suffered an injury while working and had to go to the hospital with a torn chest muscle. She was let go shortly after. The company's point-based disciplinary system is harsh and unforgiving. This is being written by her daughter because the way they handled this situation was completely unacceptable.

I went to the Jonesboro location to grab a pickup order and decided to browse. I spotted the four-pack of cream cheese marked at $4.97 on the website, so I grabbed one. At checkout it rang up as $7.97 after a one dollar coupon. No staff was around to help, so I paid it. Later I found an employee and explained the situation. He directed me to customer service, but there was a line. He came back to the register he'd just left, handed me cash, and took off rushing. I had to call after him because he gave me too much. His response was rude and dismissive, saying something like the store does plenty of business daily and I should just keep the money. That attitude is exactly why so many people get overcharged without realizing it until they get home. Expecting them to come back for a few dollars is unrealistic. That manager needs serious training on how to treat customers with respect.

The Sam's Club location on 13 Mile in Roseville has an outstanding team. From management down to the folks handling carts, everyone works together seamlessly to provide incredible service. Recently I became disabled and the staff made me feel like I was their most important customer. Big thanks to George, Mike, Yvette, Shana, Erica, Samantha, Daniel, and the entire cart and door team. The hot dogs are a perfect finishing touch too. Five stars across the board.

The online ordering and customer support at this retailer have been the worst I've experienced. A system glitch resulted in ordering the same item twice, and getting help was a nightmare from start to finish. I had an extremely hard time reaching customer service, and when I did, they shuffled me between different departments without resolving anything. Hours went by just trying to speak with an actual person. Eventually someone said to call back later due to another technical problem. When I called as instructed, they claimed that since more than thirty minutes had passed, they couldn't cancel the duplicate order anymore. It was infuriating because their system caused the error in the first place, yet I was given the runaround following their own guidance. No accountability, broken systems, and unhelpful staff made me feel completely let down. I'm shocked at how poorly they run their online operations. This whole experience has destroyed my confidence in the company and left me seriously disappointed.

I love this Sam's Club location. It's one of the best I've experienced, especially the pharmacy. The person running it, Mohammed, is outstanding. He deserves more than five stars. He's sharp, intelligent, knows his job inside and out, and is awesome to interact with. Some people complain about the pharmacy, but they clearly don't know what they're talking about. I think they're just being negative or jealous. All the staff there are fantastic, very friendly, and go the extra mile for every customer. They're honestly the best of the best.

Over at the food court and pizza area, there's an employee named KiKi who is absolutely outstanding at the local location in Columbus, Georgia. She's always got a smile on her face and maintains high professional standards. Even when the line gets backed up, she makes the wait feel worthwhile. If you ask her to slice a pizza a certain way, she'll ask exactly what you'd prefer. Really great experience every time.

Shopping at Sam's Club works great for me. The deals are solid and I love that they offer free shipping on lots of items. Their toilet paper, paper towels, and diapers for my grandkids are all affordable. The fresh produce selection is good too. I'm a fan of the scan and go feature so I can skip the checkout lines. Plus, with the premium membership tier, you earn rewards that basically pay for the membership itself depending on how much you spend.
