This company is absolutely terrible. I went through the interview process with someone from their team in early July. They asked me to come in for a second round interview in person. I reached out again a few days later and got told that actually just one headphone would arrive in late October. Sure, I get that supply chain issues happen, but wouldn't it make sense for them to contact me first instead of making me chase them down? And here's what really gets me - if they don't have the product in stock and won't have it for months, why is it still showing as available to buy on their website? I asked them to cancel and refund my order. I'm going elsewhere for this and won't be coming back. Communication with customers should not be this difficult.
