They asked me to come in for a second round interview in person. The very next day I got an email saying they needed to cancel and that they'd reach out early the following week to reschedule. Monday came and went with no word from them. I sent a follow up email and heard nothing back. I tried once more with another email and still got zero response. Based on this experience, I'd strongly recommend staying away from this company.
Why do I have to constantly reach out to find out what's going on with my order? I placed an order for 4 sets of headphones back in early September. They took my money right away, no problem there. But then nothing happened. When I finally followed up after about 10 days, they told me to expect it by late September. That date passed without anything. I reached out again a few days later and got told that actually just one headphone would arrive in late October. Sure, I get that supply chain issues happen, but wouldn't it make sense for them to contact me first instead of making me chase them down? And here's what really gets me - if they don't have the product in stock and won't have it for months, why is it still showing as available to buy on their website? I asked them to cancel and refund my order. I'm going elsewhere for this and won't be coming back. Communication with customers should not be this difficult.
