SCUF return

I completely forgot to write the RMA# on the package, so I had too quickly tell them that I forgot too, Rachel assured me that they would hop on the matter once the package was received and thanked me for letting them know, and assured me it was no problem. Don't know why SCUF sometimes has bad reputation, they're quick and easy to talk with.

Great experience with Scuf Gaming and Scuf Sarah

I have to say that my experience with Scuf Gaming customer service/supports was the best supports I’ve had in years, maybe the best ever! I received a response without an hour after sending the first message to them explaining what was the issue. The representative I first talked to was « Scuf Sarah », she did not only offer great service, compassion, and understanding she went over and above what was expected. My grandson most wanted gift was stuck in a warehouse and I couldn’t get anywhere with FedEx. I contacted Scuf support team and was very lucky to get Scuf Sarah to help me out to deal with this issue. I was at a lost thinking that my package would never be received for Christmas. The package had been at the same warehouse from Dec 18th to Dec 22nd when I first contacted Scuf Support. However, Scuf Sarah didn’t only do her very best, she also did the impossible by getting my grandsons gift here on December 24th.I would definitely recommend dealing with Scuf Gaming as I had the best experience ever!!

No actual support given at any point

Ordered something that then was delayed 3 times to the point where I was only going to get it 3 weeks after I ordered it regardless of paying a ridiculous amount for shipping. Then when I requested a refund for the shipping, I was told “there was no refund information available” which was not surprising since I was talking to AI and it’s an easy cop out by the company to have that be their response.

AVOID

Every controller I have had has been returned a MINIMUM of four times, I have just sent a request to return my current controller as after a few months the hall effect joy sticks have given up. There is no way to have a controller repaired after the one year warranty and no one wants to touch them, I have only managed to get new thumb sticks installed by a third-party but after the warranty runs out it's over. Don't buy from here under any circumstance.
