Get literally anything except this. I got really hyped up after the sales pitch about what it could do, and then you actually start using it and the data is garbage. Like, pretty much unusable. And here's the kicker: after being stuck paying for a broken platform for a whole year, when we tried to cancel they told us we need to give 90 days notice before renewal. WORSE YET, they literally won't let you delete your payment info, so you're forced to fork over money for ANOTHER YEAR of total garbage. Please stay away from this thing like it's an actual disease.

Absolutely garbage leads. My sales development reps have been using this for 3 months now and contacted thousands of so-called "leads" from the platform. Not a single solid prospect has come through. My lead rep is spending way more time trying to fix these terrible leads than actually reaching out to them. The data from these searches is completely worthless and once you pick an intent search, you're stuck with it and can't switch. To make it worse, they apparently have zero memory of previous conversations. Every six weeks or so someone calls to cheerfully check if I'm happy and if they can help with anything. I repeat my same issues every single time and get the same canned answer back. The fact that they won't share that recording, or even just the part where they confirmed there were TWELVE searches included, tells me everything I need to know about this company. Steer clear.

This is all false marketing to me. The interface looks dynamic and robust on the surface, but when you actually see the results, they're terrible. I'm very unhappy with the credit system which is extremely misleading. You only get 1,000 a day plus you're stuck in a yearly contract. If I'd known what the actual numbers would be I never would have signed on. Customer support is there but pretty useless when you actually need help. A straightforward question can take two weeks to get answered. Out of my 1,000 daily credits I'm only getting about 40 that are actually useful. I asked about getting some money back and they just said buy more credits, which is outrageous. So I'm basically trapped in a useless contract and the company couldn't care less. Out of 1,000 leads a day, maybe 300 were actually good. I'm talking leads with email addresses that had an 80% or higher verification rate. If I tried to get 300 leads daily through this service, I'd be wasting way too much time compared to just scraping Apollo the way I was. That wouldn't even be close to the volume I need for my team. Last week I grabbed the same leads using my old method and scraped over 7,000 instead of the 300, and it only cost about 10 bucks. With this platform it would've taken weeks and cost way more. The other tool gets me 1,000 leads for just $1.20. Skip this completely. The salespeople straight up lied to me. I told them what I needed and they said I could absolutely hit 1,000 daily. They conveniently left out that most of them would be garbage.
