Paid $62 for a sweatshirt that just doesn't fit right and isn't true to size for that price. To make matters worse, I found out after checkout that there's a final sale policy with no returns or exchanges allowed. I expected better quality and clearer info about the final sale terms before purchase. The only nice thing is the Tampa Bay Lightning logo on it, but I won't be ordering from NHL Shop again.

Ordered a t-shirt and got charged right away, but the confirmation email never showed up. After waiting 10 days without hearing anything, I reached out to live support. The agent quickly found my order in the system, sent me the confirmation details and tracking info. Hopefully it arrives soon.

Absolutely avoid this company. I've been stuck in customer service hell for nearly a month just trying to get a return label. Had to spend over an hour on three separate chat sessions that led nowhere. Got an email saying the label would be sent and it never happened. Now I'm genuinely concerned that if I can't even get a return label, how am I supposed to get my $200 refunded? Stay away!

This company is absolutely terrible and doesn't deserve even a single star. I ordered something in mid-December as a Christmas gift. I got multiple emails with conflicting delivery dates, yet the shipping company apparently never actually took the package. When I called customer service, the reps were disrespectful and refused to issue a refund since they claim it's been shipped, but nobody can prove the carrier actually has it. They're essentially holding peoples' money without delivering the goods.

This was a terrible experience from start to finish. The sizing is completely off. The clothing runs way too wide and way too short. I have no idea who these are designed for. On top of that, if you want to return something, they charge so many fees that you barely get half your money back. Skip this store entirely. The sizing and refund policy are both absolutely ridiculous!

Bought a Fanatics Premium jersey for my son and the alternate captain letter started peeling off within an hour of putting it on at home. This happened the day we got it in the mail! I'll never shop at NHL Shop again, and I'm done with Fanatics products too!

The product I ordered wasn't the right fit and they didn't have any other sizes in stock. I asked about a refund but they only offer store credit for returns. That doesn't help when they're out of stock in your size or the item you want. I won't be shopping with them again.

Cristin was super helpful in getting me a refund on an item that turned out not to be what I wanted. Later I spotted my actual first choice back on the site and grabbed it since it was one of the last ones available.

I ordered two game used warm-up pucks but got pucks from the wrong game instead. Fan Advocate Cristin shipped out the right ones immediately and kept following up to make sure I received them.
