The actual food here is fine and totally edible but management really needs to work on hiring better customer service staff. They seem to struggle consistently.

Feels disrespectful to paying customers. When you asked what was wrong it came off as rude. You're serving smaller portions and expecting gratitude? I won't be back!!! Maybe start treating people fairly instead of trying to squeeze every penny. You probably won't even read this or care. The way you're doing business won't last long with these kinds of decisions.

Awful experience with the service. Waited an hour and our food still hadn't arrived. This location is consistently disappointing.

Took my grandsons out for dinner. They ordered smash burgers with fries and drinks. I got the All American Hot Dog with fries and a drink. They brought out a burger instead of my hot dog. I let them know that wasn't right. They apologized and said they had run out of hot dogs. I told them they should have mentioned that when I was ordering so I could have picked something else. Here's my suggestion: tell customers immediately if items are unavailable instead of taking their order and money first.

Just went to this place for the first time with my wife and kid at the Dunfermline location for some lunch. The employees were super friendly and helpful. Fair warning though, the cost took me by surprise for three burgers, no sides, and three shakes 🤯 but the taste of the burgers and shakes was equally surprising in the best way. Had a wonderful afternoon. I probably won't make it a regular habit because of how pricey it is, but would absolutely come back for a special outing with the kids.

This chain has some solid burgers and this location is our go-to spot. It sits at LA Live in downtown and the atmosphere is full of energy. Lines get long but they move pretty quick. You order at the counter and can eat inside, on the patio, take it with you, or have it delivered. We usually grab food here before catching a show at the nearby arena, which has pretty disappointing food options honestly. The pricing feels fair and there's plenty to choose from. Parking is at a public garage for a fee, which is unavoidable. The crew is really pleasant and efficient despite the constant rush. The space itself is welcoming with nice indoor and outdoor seating and it's always spotless. Their burger selection is excellent and the fries are tasty too. We sometimes get salads and they're always fresh and crispy. Their milkshakes are handmade and fantastic. They also have chicken burgers my grandkid goes crazy for. I'm a fan of their crispy brussels sprouts. The sweet potato fries are really good, though let's be honest, not exactly health food.

First visit the burger came out burnt. Decided to give them another shot and got a burnt burger again.

Started eating at this chain about a year back. The pricing was steep but I was hooked on those haystack onions. Then they swapped them out for regular onion rings within weeks. Still decent compared to other fast food spots, but not the same. Now those are gone too. First time after they disappeared, staff claimed they were out. Tried the fries instead and they were just okay. When I went back, they admitted onion rings got cut from the menu altogether. I left without placing an order.

This isn't the first time the service here has been this bad. Walked in when it wasn't even busy. There's a cook slicing bacon, another worker eating I think, someone stocking cups and straws, a greeter scrolling on their phone, and nobody at the register. I just stand there waiting for literally any acknowledgment. After five minutes the greeter finally notices me. Meanwhile all these other staff members had already seen me but said nothing. This keeps happening and I'm done coming back. I'd rather spend my money somewhere that at least acts like they want my business.

Showed up for the first time recently when they were having computer issues. The person working the register was super helpful, said they'd take my order anyway and if their system wasn't running by the time I finished eating, it would be free. Ended up getting a complimentary meal, but the real win was how delicious everything tasted. The smash burger and fries were excellent. Great vibe and really nice people working there.

Visited this place for the first time recently and their point of sale system was down. The staff member at the counter assured me they'd still process my order and comp it if the system wasn't back online by the time I finished eating. Sure enough, my meal was free and honestly, that's not even the best part. The smash burger and smash fries were fantastic! Really impressed with the food quality and how welcoming the team was.

Had a really bad experience at the local location in Illinois. Spent about $30 on two smash burgers with bacon and a couple small fries. When I got home, the burgers were completely saturated with sauce, basically inedible. Only the fries were salvageable. Called the restaurant and couldn't reach anyone. Later I managed to speak with someone claiming to be a manager who refused to help, wouldn't provide contact info for upper management, and dismissed my complaint. I even called the main office twice and got stuck with automated messages. Left messages both times with zero follow-up. There are plenty of other burger chains that would appreciate my business more than this.
