Just frozen fruit chunks that taste pretty bland, honestly. What really got me was the sneaky automatic subscription they set up after my first order. When I tried to reach out about canceling, nobody would pick up the phone or respond through their chat. It feels like they're deliberately hard to get ahold of so people give up trying to stop the recurring charges. Total ripoff of my time and cash. When I asked if they'd at least give me a discount to replace the ruined batch, they refused. Even my credit card company couldn't help because Smoothie Box claimed they'd sent a warning with four days notice, which is a straight up lie. That's the only email from them I never got in the past decade.
