About Spocket

Spocket addresses the biggest challenge for newcomers to dropshipping: product selection. Spocket lets you pick top products to sell from thousands of dropshipping suppliers worldwide.

Your customer orders from your store and pays you X. You buy the product from the supplier for Y. The supplier ships it to your customer. Your profit is X minus Y.

Spocket Reviews

This system offers seamless synchronization with Shopify. It sources products from a highly high-quality supplier, ensuring that everything you order is reliable. Customers consistently appreciate the fast shipping time and find the platform itself remarkably easy to use. You also get access to a very diverse product selection, giving you plenty of options. All of this is strongly supported by excellent customer service and a flexible pricing model designed to meet different business needs.

It is important to note a few limitations, starting with the fact that there are no free plans available, which may lead to higher costs overall. Additionally, users must be aware of the lack of custom packaging options. The platform's popularity has unfortunately led to increased competition, and sourcing is limited by the current limited supplier location.

Buggy software and impossible cancellation.

I signed up for a €1.99 trial and never used the tool afterwards.Canceling the subscription was not possible due to a broken / non-functional cancellation flow.Despite this, Spocket charged me for multiple full months and now hides behind a “no-refund policy” instead of taking responsibility for their faulty software. In any serious SaaS product, easy cancellation is mandatory. If users cannot cancel because the system does not work properly, the blame does not lie with the customer.Support response was slow and unhelpful. Instead of fixing the issue or refunding, they offered “free months” — which completely misses the point.Unacceptable experience. I would strongly advise caution before starting a trial.

Billed $948 instead of the $1 Black Friday trial — provided proof, support stalled, refund offers withdrawn

If you are considering Spocket, read this first. On November 28, I signed up for what was clearly advertised as a $1 Unicorn trial. I have screenshots of the promotional page and the price.Instead of being charged $1, Spocket immediately billed my credit card $948 USD for an annual plan I never selected, never saw, and never agreed to.I cancelled the subscription the same day and sent full proof, including screenshots of the Black Friday trial I actually clicked on.What happened next was worse than the incorrect charge:Spocket acknowledged the issue by offering multiple partial refunds• first 20%• then 50%• then 75%(All initiated by them — I accepted NONE because this was an incorrect transaction, and I wanted a full refund minus the 1 USD for the product I intended to buy.)They later withdrew all refund offers, without explanation. They kept sending me checkout screens I never interacted with, instead of reviewing the actual screenshots I provided.Eventually, they stopped responding entirely. Not support. Not management. Not the CFO.Not the CEO.Full radio silence. They now hide behind a “no-refund policy”, which has nothing to do with charging the wrong product at the wrong price. No reputable company behaves like this. This is not a misunderstanding. This is systematic refusal to correct an incorrect charge, even after acknowledging the discrepancy themselves. If this is how Spocket handles billing, transparency, and customer support, I strongly advise you to pick a different dropshipping platform. If I could have given zero stars I would have.

Beware of Spocket, Spocket Is Confirmed SCAM

Absolutely unacceptable and unethical business practices. I signed up for a free trial, canceled it through Shopify (as every Shopify user reasonably expects), removed the app, never logged in, and never used the service. Despite this, Spocket continued charging me $99 every single month for 7 months — nearly $700 of my hard-earned money. When I contacted support, it turned into weeks of runaround, excuses, and scripted responses. One agent says one thing, another contradicts it. They admit the account wasn’t used, admit many customers complain about the same issue, yet hide behind a “policy” to justify keeping money they clearly didn’t earn. First they offer 20%, then 50%, then 3 months, then 4 months — pure ping-pong tactics designed to wear customers down.Expecting users to cancel separately outside Shopify without clearly warning them is deceptive, and judging by Trustpilot, this is a pattern, not a one-off mistake. This feels intentionally designed to trap users into recurring charges and then negotiate refunds only after pressure.Honest businesses don’t operate like this. Transparency matters. Respect for customers matters. Spocket failed on all fronts. I strongly advise anyone considering this app to stay away unless you want to fight for months just to get your own money back.

I didn't use the service, still they keep my 99$! I paid 99$ for 1day???

As a new person I wanted to learn dropshipping! But it turns out to be a nightmare for me. I don't know how I started their trial and after 7days they took my 99$. I asked for refund immediately, but they aren't refunding. I didn't use their services for a single day! And I am still paying them 99$ for what reason? Am I now forced to use it because they took my money? Scammers.

Unclear cancellation policies

I had until December 9th to cancel my trial (That i had paid for), and when I went to cancel the trial, they had already taken the money, even though they said that I had until December 9th. They have refused to refund me, and have not given me any reasonable justification. I think they are dishonest as a company.

Be careful

This platform initially appears appealing from a marketing standpoint, offering a wide range of products to explore. However, many items are significantly overpriced—often even higher than what you would pay in physical retail stores. In several cases, I found identical products available elsewhere for up to 30% less than the cost listed through this platform. The most disappointing part of my experience came after I canceled my subscription. I was unexpectedly charged for a full year renewal, despite having already canceled. My request for a refund was denied, and my access to the service was removed immediately afterward.Use caution when considering this platform—my experience felt misleading and unfair, and I would strongly advise others to proceed carefully.

Auto-Charge Scam RUN AWAY

had a very disappointing experience with Spocket. After a trial period, they charged me for a full subscription even though I didn't intend to continue and stopped using the service immediately. When I contacted support, they hid behind a strict “no-refund” policy and refused to return the money for a subscription period I will not use at all. What makes it worse is their attitude: instead of taking responsibility and offering a fair solution, they only tried to push me into keeping or moving the subscription, ignoring the fact that I clearly didn't want the service anymore. In my opinion, this kind of automatic renewal and refusal to refund unused time feels like a subscription trap and shows very little respect for customers.I don't recommend Spocket to anyone who values transparency, fair billing, and responsive customer support. Be extremely careful before entering your payment details or starting any “trial”, and double‑check your statements because if something goes wrong, they will point to their policy and keep your money.

Misleading Practices, No Renewal Notice & Refusal to Refund for an Unused Service

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Spocket and feel compelled to warn others before they subscribe.I was unexpectedly charged £223 for a plan I did not use, did not renew, and received no reminder or renewal notice for. I have not used Spocket for over a year and my Shopify store has long been closed, so the subscription had zero practical value to me.When I contacted support immediately after noticing the charge, the communication was, at best, misleading. I was told my case was being “escalated” to an account manager and that I would receive an update on a refund in 2–3 business days. This gave me the clear impression that the refund was being considered.Only after providing multiple pieces of information — which they insisted were necessary — was I abruptly told the refund would not be issued due to internal “policy”. At no point did they address the lack of renewal notice, lack of usage, or the fact that I believed the subscription was inactive because the store was closed.Instead of resolving the issue, Spocket offered to “reinstate my subscription and add a free month”, which completely ignores the point. Why would I want additional access to a service I haven’t used in over a year and no longer need? After researching further, I found other customers reporting the exact same problem:- No notice before renewal- Unexpected charges- Policy-based refusals to refund unused services- Scripted responses that do not address the issueThis suggests a pattern, not an isolated mistake.Good companies do not keep a customer’s money for a service they haven’t used, were not notified about, and believed was inactive. Transparent renewal practices are standard in 2025, yet Spocket seems to rely on customers overlooking auto-renewals rather than genuinely earning their subscription.I strongly encourage potential users to be extremely cautious before subscribing. In summary:❌ No renewal notice❌ No usage of the service❌ Misleading communication❌ Refusal to refund❌ Scripted responses that ignore customer concerns❌ A pattern of similar complaints from other usersI hope Spocket takes this seriously and reassesses its approach to customer trust, transparency, and basic fairness.

Beware of Spocket; it's a scam.…

I closed my Shopify store a few days ago, but I assumed I had also canceled my subscription with you. Secondly, why did you automatically select your most expensive Premium plan, which costs $99.99? On what basis did you choose this plan without my permission?
