Had a wonderful time shopping with SportRx! Oscar was incredibly helpful when I needed to try different frames to find the right fit and color, and my progressive lenses came back absolutely perfect the first time.

The overall experience was really solid. The one small issue was that I put my order in on Monday and paid for 4 day shipping, but my order didn't actually ship until Friday. Everything else about the process was excellent.

Outstanding company! I've gotten multiple pairs of glasses from them and they work great. On one order I messed up my own details, but they fixed it at no cost without making me feel bad about it. I was nervous about buying prescription sunglasses online but SportRx made the whole thing really simple. Got my gravity shades and they were fantastic, just turned out to be a little snug. My bad for not checking sizing carefully beforehand. Decided to test them out at home and realized they weren't going to work out. I called the next day and Phillip from the support team set me up with a return shipping label and swapped them for the larger size so fast, no questions at all. He had everything handled in just a few minutes and has been keeping me posted on the whole exchange. The Wiley X frames are coming next and the whole team from start to finish has been super friendly and knowledgeable. I'm definitely coming back here again.

Great outfit that really knows how to listen. I got guidance based on what I use them for playing baseball and softball, took my prescription into account, and looked at my sizing history from before. Ended up with exactly what I wanted. The lenses here genuinely outperform what you'd find at big box retailers or local shops. This is probably my sixth or seventh pair from them and I haven't got a single complaint.

The prescription turned out exactly as expected! The heatwave frames look good but can be a bit fragile and prone to cracking, though the company replaces them right away without any hassle. The customer service team is responsive and helpful whenever you reach out. Warranty coverage could be stronger, though having a year on the frames is something at least.
